Become a ÜENV Youth Delegate!
The aim of the ÜENV (Ülemaailmne Eesti Noortevõrgustik / Global Estonian Youth Network) Youth Delegate role is to represent the perspectives and interests of Estonian youth abroad and to support communication and connection between young people across different countries.
We are seeking active young Estonians aged 16–35 who are willing to contribute approximately five hours per month over a six-month period to help strengthen the link between local and global Estonian youth communities. A Youth Delegate is responsible for fostering social connections among young people and serving as a communication point between Estonian youth abroad and the wider Estonian society.
The Youth Delegate role consists of three main components:
- Social media or written media communication – sharing information and reaching young people through the channels they actively use.
- Representing the voice of your local community – making the needs, activities, and initiatives of local youth visible.
- Acting as a connection point between young people – supporting collaboration, networking, and exchange between youth in different communities.
