Washingtoni Eesti Selts (WES) viib kokku Washington D.C. piirkonna eestlasi ja Eesti sõpru läbi ühiste ürituste ja Washingtoni Eesti kooli tegevuse.
Meie eesmärk on esindada kõikide eestlaste huvisid Washingtonis – nii põlvkonda, kes pages üle ookeani sõja ja nõukogude režiimi eest, nende USA-s sündinud järeltulijaid, kui ka taasiseseisvunud Eestist saabunud eestlasi ja nende lapsi.
Washington Estonian Society (WES) unites local Estonians and friends of Estonia in the greater Washington D.C. area through various events and the Washington Estonian School.
Our goal is to represent the interests of all Estonians in Washington: the escapees of the Soviet regime, their US-born children, Estonians who have moved here from the newly independent Estonia and their children.
