How it works

Eligibility: Estonian youth aged 18–35 who’ve lived abroad for more than 5 years.
Duration: Internships last 4–8+ weeks between May 1 and November 30.
Stipend: €1,500 (4–6 weeks) or €3,000 (7+ weeks), plus travel support if needed. The application round opens each winter-spring in cooperation with ESTDEV.
To apply, you’ll need to submit:

- Confirmation from your internship host
